Unterkunft in zentraler Lage in Ibiza-Stadt.
Der Check-in verlief dank des freundlichen Managers Guillermo und der vorherigen WhatsApp-Kontaktaufnahme problemlos.
Das Zimmer war sauber und mit Klimaanlage, Föhn und Fernseher ausgestattet.
Der Gemeinschaftsraum mit Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle.
Auch das Badezimmer mit Dusche war sauber und gut.
Die Zimmer befinden sich in einer 5-Zimmer-Wohnung im 5. Stock an einer sehr lauten Hauptstraße.
Mein Einzelzimmer war sehr spartanisch eingerichtet und wirkte wenig gemütlich. Es gab keine Kleider- oder Handtuchhaken an der Wand, nur einen sehr kleinen Spiegel und keinerlei Bilder oder andere dekorative Elemente.
115 Euro für das Einzelzimmer empfand ich als teuer, insbesondere im Verhältnis zum Zustand des Hauses und der Ausstattung.
Das Gebäude selbst macht keinen besonders gepflegten Eindruck.
Bereits der Eingangsbereich wirkt wenig einladend, die Eingangstür steht ständig offen und das Treppengeländer könnte dringend einen neuen Anstrich vertragen.
Das Badezimmer bietet keine Ablagemöglichkeit.
