Staff so friendly and always willing to help
Walls in my room could do with a new coat of paint - scuff marks very visible. Also towel changes happened daily but reduced quantity as the stay progressed.

Decent sized room & swimming pool was decent but restaurant food (especially the pizzas were like cardboard) really sub par food for a 4 star hotel. Decent location nearby restaurants & bars but their food was also not up to standard. Close proximity to Young Island which is a short ferry ride away.
Food in the restaurant was really average, happy hour drinks only on Friday's, should be every day to generate more business & create a better atmosphere.
