The location is magnificent, the best sunsets ever, its like magic, sky turns from orange to red to violet, its amazing

Paradise Beach hotel location was perfect. Right on the beach .close to the airport and Kingston. The hotel has a restaurant and bar which was great. Service was awesome and employees are courteous and helpful. Geraldine in customer service is the best .very friendly and helpful me tremendously .

The serving staff in the restaurant were exceptional. Helpful polite and friendly. Made dining a great dining experiece.
In the reception area a member of staff was cold and sullen. No good morning. No pleasantries no polite customer service. A real sour puss.
