The view was amazing and memorable. The sunsets are stunning and rare to see. The property felt like a true Greek vacation. It was quiet, peaceful, and the location was unmatched.
They did not refresh the towels or the coffee. The shower door did not work very well, and the mini fridge was broken inside; the handle that keeps the beverages in place. Having said that I still love the property and it was an experience that I will always remember. It was authentic, it was simple and it was absolutely beautiful.

Elia is an amazing choice for staying in Falasarna. amazing views of the sea and sunset. Beautiful and spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. Small, personal family run boutique hotel in an amazing part of Crete. One of the highlights of our stay in Crete.

The owner Andreas is a very nice man and took care of us very well. If you would like to visit Falassarna and Balos, this would be the best place for you. Delicious breakfast comes with homemade kumquat marmalade made by Andreas’ mother - the best marmalade I have ever had in my life. Overnight oats and Greek Yogurt were also delicious! The room is very clean and comfortable - service was excellent too.
The pillows were too high and a little uncomfortable for me - this might be my personal problem since I am only 160cm.
