Incredible view… lovely friendly staff… garden & terrace… all amenities… just loved everything🥰 … felt very private… a hidden oasis on the hill … a four minute walk to an amazing family taverna serving traditional Cretan food… but only a short 2 km drive to Georgioupoli for an abundance of shops etc … just perfect 🤩

Tolle Betreiber. Richard und Miss Stephanie sind großartig. Liebevoll ausgestattet. Die Lage ist einzigartig. Pool sehr gepflegt.
Zwei Schwachpunkte, die für uns aber nicht entscheidend waren. Wasser abends beim Duschen manchmal ohne Druck oder nur kalt oder heiß. Warten ist angesagt, gerade wenn mehrere Appatements duschen. Internet ist sagen wir mal „geht so“.

Richard’s place is just fabulous. He is one of the kindest hosts we have encountered and we were welcomed with smiles and greetings.
Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The overall design of the studio is well thought out. The furniture is simple and fit for purpose. We only ever make coffee or juice in the kitchen so the coffee maker, juicer, and fridge were perfect for out needs. The standout was the modern shower room which is the first we have had in Crete as they are often small pokey units. Everything is so light and bright throughout the complex and the mix of modern and traditional really works.
Outside of our room was an area with chairs and a table with the excellent addition of an umbrella provided for each unit. They all overlook the beautifully clean and inviting pool. The pool area has sun loungers and seating areas under large umbrellas proving places for sun or for shade. Other guests often had their breakfast there allowing them to soak in the awesome view.
Last but not least is the stunning outlook from the terrace and pool area. The mountains , hills, coastline and sea all laid out in front of you to enjoy.
The location is away from the madding crowd and you will need a car. There is also a steep narrow drive up to the place, so you need to be confident with driving. The views from here though are worth it all! There are also 2 tavernas nearby and several villages with shops and tavernas and bars within shirt drives. The larger resort just down the hill was not really to our taste as it was so busy but there are loads of other beaches and villages to explore.
I want to thank Richard and his helper George whom we enjoyed conversing with and the lady Maria who cleaned our room and added lovely little touches too. We also had the pleasure of meeting Richard’s mum having a few chats and who helped us out with a paper map because Google isn’t always the best advisor in Crete!
Keep doing what you are doing as everything is perfect.
