NON-SMOKING luxurious beachfront condo in Sandbridge at 'The Sanctuary at False Cape'. The three pools are heated and are open from mid to late May until the end of September. This is our 16th season hosting wonderful guests to our future retirement home. As locals we can assist you with any questions and make recommendations for you. We have a list that we can send our travelers on great places to visit, such as great restaurants and great things to do. Many thanks in advance for being great and respectful guests. Elevated partial views of Atlantic Ocean & Back Bay from 2 private balconies. 65 inch Smart TV for streaming. Smart TVs in all bedrooms. 2 RESERVED PARKING SPACES which is ESSENTIAL IF VACATIONING IN THE SUMMER. On same level as gorgeous courtyard with a pool, multiple Grilling Stations. 3 minute walk to Ocean with NO ROAD TO CROSS. 5 min walk to rent Kayaks, bikes. 5 min walk to Little Island State Park with basketball court, 2 Tennis Courts, Sand Volleyball, Pier Fishing, Snack Shack, Restroom. 15 min walk to Back Bay Nat'l Wildlife Refuge with 13,000 acres of protected wildlife, miles of Hiking trails. Great golf (Va Bch National, Hell's Point, Heron Ridge) and good dining within 15 minutes. NO SMOKING PLEASE. Directions: Address is 3700 Sandpiper Rd, Unit A115, Va Beach, Va 23456. Take 64E to 264E. Get off at the Birdneck Rd exit. Make a right at the light on Birdneck Rd. Stay on Birdneck Rd until it intersects with General Booth Blvd. Make a right at General Booth Blvd and travel for about 5 minutes. At the 7-11 on the left, make a left at the light onto Princess Anne Rd. At the first 4-way intersection, go what feels like straight even though you will now be on Sandbridge Rd. Take this for about 8 minutes. Make a right at the light at Sandpiper Rd. Go about 4 miles (pay attention to the speed limit). Kaelee's Kastle and the Sanctuary at False Cape will appear on the left side. Enter between the two Sanctuary buildings. Make an immediate left to enter the parking garage. Additional information is supplied once a reservation is made. There are several ways to get to Kaelee's Kastle.

We stayed in early October and the beach was all ours!! Away from the hustle and bustle for a relaxing trip but close enough to great food. Lots of space and kids loved the bunk beds.

We had such a great time at Sandbridge/VA Beach! It was our first time to visit this area and hope it’s not our last! The condo was perfect for us and Dave was very prompt and super to work with! A tropical storm was coming through the weekend we were there but we had everything we needed at the condo and we played games and enjoyed the beach between the rain showers and high winds. We were surprised, being from TX, how great all the Mexican food was in the area! (Jose Tequila? right down stairs from the building was very good and people were very nice. Would also recommend Senior Fox and the Bee and the Biscuit in VA Beach.) Beds in the condo are comfy and there were plenty of dishes and pans to cook with. Condo was very clean! We never heard a single neighbor and we especially loved the balcony! The neighborhood was very nice and quiet when we had a chance to walk around. We definitely hope to come back next year and hope this condo is available again! Thank you Dave for helping to make our trip with our son and his family (from MD) so wonderful! 😍

Overall was extremely satisfied with this property! Walking distance to the beach and enjoyed the pool. The 3-bedroom condo was spacious and we loved the outdoor deck area. Housekeeping missed a little when cleaning up, there was a food wrapper and some popcorn under one of the beds and spiderwebs on the deck, but that was a very small concern we were able to take care of. We would definitely stay again!

Our stay was fine. We thought the balconies were dirty. We had thought the views of the bay and ocean would be more prominent- this was a motivating reason we chose this particular condo especially for my invalid mother who had trouble getting down to the beach. We were also disappointed the hot tubs aren’t open in the summer - this was also a reason we chose Sanctuary at False Cape. But Sandbridge is nice and family friendly and is situated in a good location.

Great place to say love how the sheets were wrapped in plastic and freshly washed, great being on the beach and having the pool right there, although the house is very clean, the two decks weren’t as clean. Just wish we could’ve sat out there. my overall stay was great I would definitely stay here again.

Extra clean 3 bedroom condo, pool is located right outside the door, easy beach access, garage parking- only two spaces. Definitely would rent again.

This was our first visit to Virginia Beach and it was a great experience. The condo was clean and well equipped. Dave was an excellent host and provided helpful information prior to our visit. We are looking forward to our next visit.

The stay here was great. The place was very clean and spacious, there was just the right amount of amenities provided , that you could tell they were either completely sanitary or brand new. I liked that we had to provide paper towels and trash bags. ( you never know who was behind you that used that stuff first). The weather while we were there wasn’t typical summer beach weather so we weren’t at the beach much- which we had planned on because of our two year old, so the fact that this place was so nice and accommodating made being inside just as enjoyable. The location couldn’t be better, it was almost like a gated community. I felt totally comfortable with my 13 year old daughter and niece going on a walk to the beach without me. Do make sure you get everything you need in one trip, the drive to major grocery stores and other shopping is not far, but too far to go out for say, one or two items, in my opinion. Overall, this was a heck of a deal, the price for the accommodations was easily the best from what I had seen. We would definitely stay here again, but maybe later in the summer when the water wasn’t as chilly. Highly recommended

Was disappointed the pool was closed and access to the beach was a little bit of a haul. This property basically faces the neighbors across the street ( there pools where open) not the ocean, so you have to take an elevator to the parking garage and walk down to access the beach. It also made hauling all your stuff awkward from the parking garage to the elevator which was flanked by doors before you get to the condo entrance. Loved the area though and ate at Blue Pete's twice which was excellent.

This Propety was great. I have do e this a few time but this one was a great place to stay. We were able to rest in a peaceful environment and a very well stocked condo. I would stay here again.

Condo and location were great. One minor exception, the" beach chairs" are what we consider stadium chairs. Next time we would bring a few of ours. Considering everything else we were very, very satisfied! Thank you!!

This condo was perfect for our family of parents and four preteen/teenage daughters. Walk to beach in under a minute beautiful views. Owner provided extra information for restaurants and activities. Girls loved in and we enjoyed relaxing here as well. Definitely recommend. Dave is superb to work with and answered any questions we had.

Had to make a quick trip down to VA to see family and couldn't have been more pleased with this adorable condo! Owner was very communicative and a wonderful host. Very clean, comfy, and homey feeling. Will definitely stay here again next time we come down to visit.
