Enjoy the open floor living area which has a 42” HD TV with premium cable service, a large sectional, and two comfortable reading chairs. There are also TV/DVD players in all of the bedrooms with premium cable channels or enjoy our expansive DVD and book collection throughout. Lastly, stay in touch with work and friends via our complimentary high-speed WiFi and dedicated workspace area in the dining room space while also including a full-size dining room table for all your family meals. Or for a quick bite, sit down on one of the additional bar height stools. Cook and entertain in the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. We have included all the staples you need for cooking meals such as basic cookware and meal ware and with an open floor plan, the entire family is involved in all the meal making and conversation! Wake up to an oceanfront sunrise in the serene main bedroom on its luxury king bed or step outside to the private balcony to watch the sun rise with your morning cup of coffee. Also included in the main suite is a private bathroom, oversized chair for sitting and reading your favorite book, closet space, and an HD TV for your viewing pleasure. Don't forget to bring all your favorite beach items too because there is enough room for it all in our conveniently located garage-level storage closet. And you will not need to tow anything upstairs from the beach since this closet is conveniently located right next to the beach access! This home is truly beach and kid-friendly with everything you may need to enjoy the sand and water on those hot summer days! Life is Good is conveniently located next to the swimming pool, the gas grilling stations and seating areas, and the stairway to the beach. The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools (open mid-May to mid-September), two libraries, and two fitness centers. Things to Know The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion. The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May. This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Life was Good for us during our weeklong stay in B107. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. The beds and furniture was comfortable. Grateful for a well stocked kitchen! I would recommend this condo to family and friends and wouldn’t hesitate to book it for future trips.

The room is nice. Couch is very used, as well as master bed. The kitchen has a lot of plastic. It is a functional kitchen, but no upgrades as far as appliances or tools. No cast iron and not a lot of glass for cooking in. Right on the beach is nice. Check in process and check out process is terrible. You have to stop on the way in and get a key. When they give you the key, they chat for three minutes to give you the run down. Which doesn’t seem like a lot of time, but you are waiting in a line to get the key. You also have to drop it back off on the way out. No key codes on the door/ two keys to share. Beach is quiet and much more family friendly than VA Beach. Two balcony’s and the furniture out on one of them was wooden and super nice.

While we loved our condo, we were surrounded by construction the whole time which was very loud and made the property very messy. Neither the pools or hot tub were open so we weren't able to swim the whole time.

Condo was nice with an ideal floor plan. Beachfront with two balconies! I knew we were going to be a little further away from the action however it was at least 20-30 minute drive to anything including the the boardwalk. No door dash or delivery services reach here but also you are equipped with a fully functional kitchen! Wi-Fi worked great but There was no cell phone reception in the condo or parking garage. The carpet desperately needs replaced. You could tell the carpet has been cleaned several times, it was almost crunchy walking on it. Honestly think that was bringing the whole feel of the condo down…. If that were switched to tile or LVP would have a completely different feel!

Great vacation at the Sandbridge. The location was quiet day and night. All important items in the unit functioned well. Specially the AC! The unit showed signs of heavy use. Could use more attention to housekeeping, specially when Vacasa requested we arrive a day later for cleaning. Overall great location, amazing sunrise.

Overall great - excellent location. Ice dispenser to refrigerator was not working (piece of tape on refrigerator indicated), there was leftover food items from previous guests. Television volume in 1 bedroom was non functional. The place was huge and prime location. Plenty of kitchenware available. Would definitely stay again. Would have liked to see ability to get additional parking passes and electronic passes for stairwell/elevator.

I loved the beautiful view from our condo. Every morning we could watch the sunrise. I loved the sound and the smell of the ocean. The atmosphere was very relaxing.

This condo was in the perfect location! The pool was on one side and the beach was on the other! It was well laid out and very welcoming. My only complaint is that the elevator closest to the condo was broken as were a few things in the condo. Otherwise it was a great stay!
