This luxurious oceanfront corner retreat is sure to create wonderful vacation memories. As soon as you enter “Sea Forever” with its open floor plan, you’ll be surrounded by views of the Atlantic Ocean. The living area is bright and friendly with plenty of room for a family get-together. There’s a 65-inch HDTV with upgraded premium cable channels, so kick back with your favorite movies or sporting events. Step through the sliding glass doors onto the oversized wraparound oceanfront balcony to enjoy the warm ocean breezes. From here, you can watch as the dolphins play and swim or watch as families of pelicans glide by just a few feet away. In the morning you can watch the sun rise out of the ocean with your coffee or enjoy your favorite cocktail in the evenings after a fun day at the beach as you drift off to the sounds of the ocean waves. The large open kitchen offers modern stainless steel appliances and granite countertops with plenty of space for preparing the gourmet seafood meal that was purchased locally. This kitchen is equipped with almost everything the gourmet chef may need from basic appliances to essential cookware and meal ware. Step into the oceanfront main bedroom suite and enjoy the large bed and private bath with granite-topped double vanity. There’s plenty of closet space and a large dresser for all of your beach attire. The large TV will let you catch up on the day's events or watch your favorite late night shows while listening to the ocean waves. Have some work to finish up? There’s an office desk so you can quickly and conveniently address the last-minute business. You also have access to free WiFi. Bedroom 2 provides a spacious queen bed, HDTV, and a walk-in closet for your personal items. Bedroom 3 is also a private suite with a separate bath, TV, and closet space. The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools (open mid-May to mid-September) and two fitness centers. Things to Know The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion. The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May. This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 3. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Enjoyed this condo. Had a issue with key card not resolved quickly. Kitchen nicely stocked with dishes and pots and pans. Had issues with TVs but quickly resolved.

We enjoyed the unit and the nice balcony despite the weather:) The washing machine was broken but the response and replacement was very quick and all involved were very courteous and friendly. Would definitely stay there again:)

This space was perfect for our family. It was clean, comfortable (home like), convenient for daily beach visits and a great Mexican restaurant right in the complex.

Very nice condo with amazing views. Condo was well stocked and has nice furnishings. Wish the hot tubs were operational and housekeeping did a poor job prior to our arrival.

The room was great! Plenty of space for everyone and even guests. The balcony was huge and accommodated everyone with room to spare. The kitchen was well stocked led with everything you need for cooking, the pantry space was good too. Loved that there was a washer and dryer to be able to do a couple of times during the week instead of waiting to once I got home. The only downfall is there was no walk in shower as the tubs are high.

I paid for an early check in that was not granted because “we have a shortage of housecleaning staff 50 house cleaners never showed up for work”. We were allowed access to the unit for 4 pm so we had to killl 3 hours time. When we arrived at the unit it was filthy dirty. I had to clean the unit myself. Sandy floors and carpet. Dirty stovetop and refrigerator. The bathroom sinks still had toothpaste spit in the sinks and the bathtubs had black dirty wrings of dirt in them. The balcony lights did not work and posed a safety issue. The stove burner, refrigerator, kitchen and bathroom sink needed fixing. One of the mattresses was good for the garbage. The only way to communicate all these concerns was through text. I sent pictures and was told the “local” staff would come to fix the situations. I had to make multiple complaints to get someone to call me back. I had to fight to get a refund back for the early check in fee and compensation for their short comings. They were in breach of contract from the very first opportunity. I also had to remove the previous guests garbage from the unit. There is no way a supervisor reviewed the cleaning job prior to me gaining access. I would stay far away from this disaster. Apparently it’s a reoccurring problem according to an owner who told me while I was in the elevator! The pool to the A building was closed so all the kids wound up in the adult pool with the swimming up bar. Definitely not worth the money for so many inconveniences.

This was a great time. The views are spectacular. We were able to enjoy all the festivities without it being overpopulated with visitors. The great weather allowed us to view the beautiful sunrise and sunset for the entire week. Simply amazing.

We loved our stay at the sanctuary! The unit was so well equipped, clean, nice furnishings, and everything supplied! We were there during hurricane Ian and the staff called to check on us and make sure everything was ok and the owner was amazing with us! We love the many amenities even if we didn’t get to use them. A303 is perfect! Will definitely be visiting again next year! Thank you!!!!

This home was perfect! The master is spacious and private, loved how each room had a bathroom attached or close. The view is perfect! This home is relatively close to the elevator, and right next to the stairwell which makes beach and pool access super convenient!
The home is decorated very tastefully, and the kitchen is SUPER well stocked! There were even cleaning supplies and laundry supplies available for use! Would definitely stay here again!
