The large TV with soundbar and complete surround sound system will keep you up to date with the current day’s news or your favorite shows. Like movies better? There’s an equipped DVD player available for family movie time so bring all your favorites along. The beautiful open floor plan provides lots of space for the entire family to get together and share fun stories of the day’s beach adventures. Step out onto the wraparound extra-large balcony that overlooks the great Atlantic Ocean. Listen to the sounds of the waves; watch the pelicans fly by in synchronized formation. Relax in one of the multiple lounger chairs or the four-piece outdoor patio set while sipping your morning coffee. Or after a long day at the beach, step outside for a cocktail and listen to the waves crash underneath you. You’ll spend endless hours enjoying the grand view from this private balcony making you never want to leave. For the chef, there’s everything you could need to prepare outstanding meals including enough gorgeous granite countertop space and plenty of cabinet and pantry space. There is top of the line stainless steel appliances and all the basic meal ware and cookware for your breakfast, lunch, and dinners. For a quick meal or conversation, step up and relax in the four bar height individual stools just on the outside of the open granite countertop space. In the gorgeous oceanfront main bedroom, we have provided outstanding comfort with a large king bed, a private bathroom suite, a large TV/DVD player combo, and a private entrance to the large outdoor oceanfront balcony. Included in the suite is a relaxing recliner chair and bring what you want because there’s plenty of space for all of your items in the beautiful large custom walk-in closet located just off the main bathroom suite. Bedroom 2 includes a spacious king bed, a beautiful private bathroom, a closet, a large dresser for all your clothing and travel essentials, and a TV/DVD player. Plenty of room to relax after a great sun-filled day! Bedroom 3 has a comfortable queen bed, small dresser and nightstands for storage, a private bathroom suite, and a TV/DVD player. Another beautiful bedroom for your family to relax and sleep the day away! Bedroom 4 is perfect for the little ones! Furnished with two twin-size bunk bed sets, a tall dresser and closet, and a small TV, this room is just what the kiddos need to enjoy their special day! Lastly, this bedroom is situated adjacent to a full-size bathroom in the hall so they do have their own bath and shower available. The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools (open mid-May to mid-September) and two fitness centers. Things to Know The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion. The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May. This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. We enjoyed our stay and the property had a beautiful view of the beach. However, the cleanliness of the house was subpar. There was food found on and in the couch, a lot of dust in the home, and the counters and tables were dirty when arrived.

False advertising. Not so clean and not well stocked. Luckily there were only three of us. Location and view were spectacular. It needs a deep clean and an inventory of the kitchen with upgraded supplies

Stayed off season. Beach almost to ourselves. Weather was warm for mid November. As for the condo: Master bath had a bathtub drainage problem. The set up / design is great
Lots of room. Lots of spiderwebs in the corners and baseboards. All knives in kitchen were very dull and there were no paring knives. We like to cook and this was a bit of an issue. The condo was very comfortable but could use a bit of updating. Beds were clean and comfortable. Pool was close but expected that in off season. I’d would stay there again

Check in is off site of property, so that was inconvenient, but staff at check in was pleasant. Property fit description, beautiful condo. Clean on inside. Outside oceanfront porch was disgusting on arrival! Not touched prior to arrival and dirty! Property manager and on-site maintenance help tremendously to clean it up on day 2! Thank you or we were not able to use it. Then VACASA/owner got a power washer to our unit to do more clean up outside. Inconvenient to have done during stay BUT NEEDED IT AND WE APPRECIATED IT! At end of stay frig and microwave went..told they were going to replace it. No parts available, so done after we left. On site maintenance also came and cleaned out air conditioner vent in unit. All in all staff tended to our needs, upset it happened during our stay, the NEXT WEEKS vacationers should have been very happy. No compensation for our inconveniences. Beach was beautiful! I’ve been a Vacasa customer for a long time and rented in other states. All in all my family had fun, made good memories, but this will be the first Sandbridge, VA visit and our last.

Views were amazing. Was great to sit on the balcony and watch the sunrise and enjoy the ocean. Although the check in process was confusing and hard to understand , once we got to the condo everything was as expected. Plenty of space and well equipped. I would imagine a large party might have trouble with only having 2 keys,but for us it was perfect. Beds were comfy and clean. Excellent location. Would definitely stay again. Easy, quick access to the beach. We enjoyed our stay, and imagine that staying during the summer months the pool access would also be a bonus! Property was clean and well maintained. Keep up the good work.

Overall, the inside of the property was adequate, and the proximity to the beach was great. There were some issues with kitchen appliances, plumbing, and the cleanliness of the outdoor space.

The location to the beach was very nice, but I do have to say the place was pretty dirty. It looks like all of the bugs and dirt were swept to the edges of the rooms and the outside patio furniture was almost unusable. It was just thrown around with sand and mold and dirt all over it. The table and chairs were filthy. Spiderwebs everywhere. The kitchen was well equipped and all of the amenities worked well. Overall it was a nice week, just needed More attention to cleaning. Most of the grills did not work, and when we found one only half of the grill worked. Pools were nice to use, they were clean for the most part.

This fabulous corner unit with a wrap-around balcony was incredible. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the sunrises and dolphins on the ocean. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and well organized. We wanted for nothing! Having four bedrooms each having its own bathroom was so nice for our other adult family members. The bed in the master bedroom is very high and challenging to get in. It would have been nice to have something to step onto to make it a little easier. All of the beds were comfortable and having linens and towels provided was an extra plus. Getting the tv on was difficult to figure out with the multiple remotes. It would be helpful to provide renters with instructions on how to work all of the electronics. You really can't go wrong with renting this unit!!

If you need time for yourself and peace of mind. This is the place for you. My family and I stayed here, the place is warm, cozy and roomy. We all enjoyed it and can’t wait to go back.

It had fantastic views of the beach. The unit was very clean and orderly. It was easy access to the beach and the pool areas. Kitchen had most of the kitchen supplies you would need. We had 6 adults but only had 2 key passes which caused a lot of issues trying to get from point A to point B. We had difficulty with the internet connections everyday as it would stop or not work at all. We also had 3 cars with only 2 parking passes. It was difficult to find parking on the street as there was only a few places to look as you had to walk about a block away. We noticed that there were several empty spots in the garage. I was told I could ask security for another pass when I came. There was no one in security at the Sanctuary to ask. It would have been nice to be able to rent one of the empty spaces for a week instead of trying to find a parking spot.
The biggest issue was there was a missing shutter on the master bedroom and it was to be repaired the day we came but no one came at all that week. I suggest that you need to have that repaired ASAP as the sun greets you at 6AM every morning whether you are ready to get up or not. Lastly the chairs on the deck need replaced or repaired. One of the adults was sitting on the chair and the screws broke and they fell backwards. We were very fortunate that he was not injured. I think someone needs to replace or repair the chairs. Overall we had a very good time. The unit just needs a few issues repaired.

This was our first time staying at a Sanctuary property. Given the current staffing shortages plaguing all industries around the country, we were expecting the worst as far as housekeeping. We were pleasantly surprised to find the property was in good working order and clean. The oceanfront view is outstanding, it was nice being close the pool. The kitchen is well stocked. A few minor issues (loose kitchen faucet, dirty water dispenser in fridge door, wobbly toilet in primary bedroom, broken front door handle, loose and broken patio furniture). Some suggestions - Why is the wifi not password protected? All guests at the pool and actually on the beach are able to connect to the unit's open wifi which makes it incredibly slow and almost unusable. There was basically no cell phone service within the unit, not sure there is much of an easy fix for this. The key entry system was a nuisance with only two keys and several guests staying in the property. We often found ourselves standing outside the main door waiting for someone to let us in. Only one of the two keys worked on the storage locker. Would recommend investing in a punch code system on the doors that could be changed at the end of the week when new guests turnover. Each unit could have their own punchcode to get into the building and their respective units. Overall, very nice trip and we would probably stay in this property again in the future.
