The hotel location is good, you can see firework in the period I stayed. Dinner and breakfast is standard good. The room is nice, the view from room is superb.
There were groups of tour, the guide speak loudly in the dining room disturbing others, like they own the room. I hope the staff can do something more.

I chose this hotel because of its great location for watching the fireworks, and the price was quite reasonable compared to nearby hotels. While the room wasn’t very new, it was clean and comfortable. The staff provided good service, and free parking was available.
The view from the room offered a crystal-clear look at the fireworks. I opted for the plan that included both breakfast and dinner buffets, which featured fresh sashimi and raw seafood. It wasn’t crowded during my stay, making it a very relaxing experience.
I visited during the autumn foliage season, so the surrounding trees were filled with beautiful shades of yellow and red. In the morning, seagulls perched on the balcony begging for food, but I didn't feed them since the hotel posted a warning against it. I was very impressed and definitely plan to come back whenever I have the chance.

Location and room view of the lake was beautiful. Lobby was updated nicely. Our room was clean and spacious.
The hotel is a bit run down in parts. The rooms do smell like damp tatami mats and the beds are a wooden frame with futon mats on top - so while you are off the ground, the beds are uncomfortable/hard. The balcony is rusted. The curtains for the bedroom are very thin, so no chance of sleeping past 5:00am in the summer if you are light sensitive. The walls between rooms are very thin, so we could hear other guests very easily.
