基本はとても綺麗で、冷房もいれてくれてました。
想像より真夏でも虫は少なかった。
1泊ではもったいないくらい、もっと泊まっていたいねと話し、また洞爺に行くときはお世話になりたいです。
綺麗でしたが、四角いところを丸く掃除してる感じでした。
洗面の灯りがなかったのでそこは今後絶対つけてほしいです。
あと、宿泊した人数分よりタオル類が足りなくてそこはアテにしてたので残念でした。

Great chalet close to Lake Toya. Nice to have a sauna.
The second room on the top floor has a low roof which felt a bit claustrophobic for an adult.

Location close to Lake Toya and the area is nice. It is also in a quiet part of the area. Sauna is nice, living space is nice.
The upstairs bedrooms are two rooms, one is OK but has a queen and a twin bed which makes the room cramped. The other room has a very low ceiling and is only suitable for children or people in the 20s or younger, the ceiling is too low to be comfortable.
In addition, the kitchen could use more utensils such as knives and plates.

Overall space.
Poor preparation. Insufficient bedding.
Wifi password was not provided and took a while to get back to us after we asked.
Cooking utensils not well cleaned. Didn't see any dishwashing liquid.
Shower gel was only quarter filled and has to get them to top up.
Lightings are no good. No light at the entrance and room up stairs has 2 wall lights but one has no bulbs nor control. So it's a bit dim.
No cabinet to hang our winter coats, just a laundry rack.
The laundry dryer went out with error and the property owner didn't respond to our messages. We have to fix it ourselves by guessing the Japanese instructions to clear the thickly blocked filter.
Parking space is quite narrow.
Chromecast didn't work although mentioned with notice as available.
Owner respond was fast at the beginning only.
