Great little lodge with lake views spacious for a group and comfortable beds, overall recommend and was a nice stay.

Only 3 beds, the 4th was a extremely thin floor mattress not good enough to sleep on. No coffee machine and spare toilet paper for the 4 day stay. Signs saying we will be charged some ridiculous fee if we touch the linen without consulting them… rather over the top and unnecessary.

House is big, clean but the layout is a bit funny. 2 single bed in 2 small room (a proper room with door) and a queen size bed (with bed frame) on the floor in the "hall" right at the corner downstairs

The bed provided at the "hall" downstairs is terrible. It was so uncomfortable to sleep. It was place on the floor with a bed frame which you will knock on it when you are trying to get up. It was painful. Not easy to find the property as we reached after dark, it was a quite scary experience to find the property at nice and we were so worried to park our rented car in the dark outside the property. And i was definitely not comfortable to receive messages from the host to ask me to leave before check out time as they need to clean the property for the next guest. And I felt threatened receiving message from host to do something good and in return they will give me good comments about me. I am not sure this is due to the way they expressed themselves not in a nice way (not good in English?) or they really meant it. However i did a basic clean up before i left the property and i dont care what comments they are going to give me by expressing my dissatisfaction here.

Nice cosy stay

Nice cosy cabin. Beautiful view.

Wifi based on the password in the file didn't work. Cannot see the fireworks from the cabin. Parking of the car is a bit difficult. There is no proper dining table- we sat on the floor to eat our dinner

Pleasant

The price is cheaper than in the neighboring area. The space is quite large.

Lots of flying bugs around. Parking is very difficult to get into the assigned parking spaces. All sleeping rooms are in the basement, on a different floor from the only toilet. Less suitable for seniors or children. The basement sleeping floors don't have any air conditioning. The bath towels provided are smoke smell.

Great place but....

The premises are clean and well maintained. Great views and I am sure you will like it

You need your own transport to reach there. No eateries nearby and the nearest to town is about 3km away. Dedicated parking lot is on the curb so you will have to drive onto the curb. Although name says is lake view, there is another house Infront of it blocking almost all the lake view. The house is not really near the lake so people without their own transport will find it hard to enter town.Otherwise place is spacious nice and clean.

overall a very good residence and the space excellent for a family stay. good view of the Lake Toya when you wake up in

Very spacious house and lots of cushion and futons that can be stacked to give a good mattress to zz. best is having the washing machine and the super duper heater in the living room that works well to heat up the whole house effortlessly and at the same time drying up the clothes. no dryer needed at all as clothes are dried in a few hours. plenty of hanging places for ski wears and balls wear jackets. kitchen is sufficiently equipped and meals can be easily prepared. just need to get groceries from the nearest Seicomart which is about 5mins drive away personal parking of self drive very fast response from the estate management team. Kudos!

Beautiful lake view log house

The best part about this property is the exceptional view of the lake. The house was cozy and comfortable with enough beds, beddings and other amenities. The kitchen is fully equipped. The couches and leather chair are super comfortable. For the size of the property and amenities, it’s a great value for money. The property is in an isolated area about 15 mins drive from main town. A car would be must to stay here. Overall, a pleasant stay. Would be great for families and groups.

The couch-turned-beds weren’t very comfortable, and those were the ones on the floor we stayed in (it was just two of us). However, we could make do as enough futons were provided that we could use for layering.

Spacious but things could be improved

The view of lake, the location, the space, and cleanliness

Request to submit the forms agAin in Japanese characters when forms were already submitted in English. Forced to do this before details of key access were given. Humidity in the 1st floor. Emergency light too bright in the room for sleeping. Kitchen equipment could be improved - toaster and coffee maker and table knives . Poor lighting - a bit dark. No dining table.

Very cozy, specious house with a view of Touyako. I have no complaints, and wish we had a house like this! The kitchen is complete, so we cooked our own meals. 20mins drive to Rusutsu ski resort.

The place was amazing. You can view lake Toya from the window and the view is really amazing. The whole house is well equipped with every kind of necessities. The only drawback is that if you don't have a car, you may face some problems reaching there. Apart from that it is one of the best places to stay in Lake Toya!!

Nice log with an excellent service

Nice log in a good location and attractive price. Extraordinary service and great owner! Our car had a flat tire. The owner allowed my wife and children to extend our stay until late afternoon / until the car got back from the garage without any extra charges (despite we offered to pay a compensation). Highly appreciated!
