Breakfast and Dinner were exceptional. great location right next to the Toya lake. big room.
room had a weird smell. we wanted to change, but also the other room had the same smell. got used to it.

Location. Such a pity there are no proper steps from the lobby down onto the promenade.
Food was good, but the dining room ambience like a school cafeteria.
Certainly not 4 Star or even 3
It is old and dated and very poorly maintained. It was difficult to tell if it was clean.
Bathroom a tiny capsule style and up a big step.
Noisy, with no soundproofing from the corridor.
Staff are used to pushing round large groups and not service focused.
Beware the elevators, they with be off before you have made it in the door.
