The location and the breakfast sandwich was nice!
There was cockroaches in the shower :(
For me the fruit bowl breakfast was disappointing since it had only apple in it. I expected some common local fruits.

The staff was mildly friendly, nice view from the top level where they serve churros. The breakfast included in the price needs to be ordered upfront on the day before; it was good but smallish for my hungry sons :) The location is great and there's a great local pub on the same street. You can park on the street as there's usually some space left and it's free.
The room was very small and cramped, with virtually no furniture or equipment but beds. All your stuff stays on the floor for however many days you stay. The bathroom was smelly and feature no such thing as hot water.
