Location was exceptional -- close to a beautiful pedestrian mall with plenty of evening dining options. We read complaints about nighttime noise, but didn't encounter that ourselves. The walk to the Acropolis entrance is easily doable, passes through plenty of shopping areas, and takes about 20 minutes if you aren't distracted. The walk from the Acropolis back to the apartment is shorter, and passes right by Mars Hill / the Areopagus, and by a forum at the base of the Acropolis.
The apartment is two level, with the ground floor entry opening onto a steep staircase (and no ground-level storage for luggage). That is the *only* problem. Air conditioning worked great, and the management stocked the kitchen generously with snacks and breakfast foods.
Management coordinated three separate vehicle transports for our party of five, and the travel went flawlessly. The apartment's sleeping and bathroom accommodations easily supported our party.
We loved our stay, and would stay there again on our next visit to Athens.
There is one caution, but it didn't detract from our stay. We offer it so that you won't be surprised. The sidewalk is 2 feet / .6 meter wide, and right next to a single-lane road. As a result, entering during periods of heavy vehicle and pedestrian traffic can be a bit stressful. The ground floor entry requires a passcode entered onto a keypad. We arrived 30' prior to our 4 pm check-in, so the passcode didn't work the first time. We contacted the manager, and it was activated remotely and immediately.

The Apartment ist huge and the Location ist really a plus.
The bathroom hast No Air vent.

Near the life- restaurants, bars, shops, metro, sightseeing. Absolutely perfect!
Equipment of apartment is the same (if not better) like in luxurious hotels. You just need to bring clothes.
Breakfast was delicious and employees at that place were also great!
I sleep perfectly fine, however someone might have problems with noise from outside (church bells, people leaving bars). But it might be a problem for light sleepers. I slept like a baby 🙂

Host is always reachable, and helped for your questions
No hair dryer, cleaning can be better. Apartment needs interior modifications to make it more effective.
