I would stay here again and recommend to other friends.

Collecting Keys was a bit of a nightmare if you do not have someone to ferry you there. Collection of keys too far away from Property would be better if you could collect them somewhere closer if possible

Location was great easy to get to shops & waterways and restaurant's when they are open. Attractions are close by people are friendly ease of getting around town.

Instructions for parking car and also for getting into the building. Only 3 knives and a butter knife only some of the lights worked this was annoying

Great location, but frustrating directions on finding the car spot.

The location of the property was excellent, central to the CBD of Geelong. Quiet even though close to the heart of Geelong.

There were finger marks all over the cupboard doors, apart from that the property was clean. The armchair in the lounge room was very worn, leading to it looking quite dirty. It needs to be removed. The lounge room is very small with a large coffee table in it and it would be better if it had a smaller coffee table. The directions for entering and finding the car spot was typed, but it was very confusing. If we had not met another owner at the property, we would have had to return to where we picked up the keys to get clarification as there was no phone number to call and clarify.

Excellent sized room and good location.

Excellent location on Geelong foreshore. Restaurants close by. Shopping near. Coffee shops everywhere. Cooking facilities all good. Everything worked. Nice balcony. 50" TV.

Some lights not working. Broken laundry door. Power points loose. (Minor issues only.)

Could have been better ....

Location of property was fabulous. Across from the bay and a short walk and staircase to Westfield. Unit was comfortable and quiet.

Online checkin was done day before arrival to then receive lengthy and fine print instructions on check-in, parking, access etc. We arrived in the dark and key was in a box on a construction site 3 kms from property. Needed to phone to clarify parking and entry. No doubt 8pm arrival made things more difficult. Special note: bathroom and washing machine hot/cold marked wrongly. Cold machine wash resulted in a hot wash :-( If we'd stayed more than 2 nights we'd have adjusted to the building entry/exits, unit tech etc....

The apartment had everything you need and we loved it

perfect location to everything you need

the carpet in the bedroom was very stained and the throw in the bed had dirty marks on it.Also had trouble with the remote in the lift, was hit and miss

the key collection process, picking it up from a key box around the back of an unoccupied building site, was extremely dodgy and seriously had us nearly abandon the rental Surely you can come up with something better

Extortionate pricing, Ridiculous & superfluous ‘pre-check in’ and ‘security’ process, HATED it.

Good location. That’s about it.

Absolutely absurd process following booking the property on booking.com. 3 stages of providing identification to ‘prevent the chance of fraud’?? Seriously? I had to scan my drivers license twice and fill out multiple forms before being sent the ‘key collection’ information - Which was quarantined by my spam account 5 times. Key collection was 10mins out of the way and inconvenient. Very difficult to make head or tail of parking instructions and gates. Poorly signposted, and by the time I got into the building I was completely exhausted and really over it. $350 per night complete rip off for this property. I was only there for one night and will never be going back. I’m going to continue to stay at Anchor in Geelong. Beautiful place, streamlined and easy check in process (code on door - no keys required) and very reasonably priced. Edgewater 207 sent me into a total state of anxiety and I’m really annoyed.

Bad

The location

The furniture needs updating, one of the lounge chairs is thread bear and squeaky. The bed is just a double and the most uncomfortable bed I have slept in. The kitchen is nit equipped for cooking, knifes & forks are a size for children, no salad servers or bowls. The fob key they gave us didn’t work and we got caught in the car park cage twice for 20 & 30 minutes. Will never stay here or recommend anyone to stay here.
