Very comfortable and clean hotel. Staff is amazingly supportive and nice. The view from our room located at 9th floor was spectacular. The hotel is located perfectly. We used trams to ger everywere. I highly recommend this hotel.
There was great choice of food for breakfast, however some of it was unfortunately rather pure quality (chemical bread or deserts). Still it was better from average breakfast in other hotels of this standard.

It was an amazing stay, beds are sooo comfortable and rooms are big although lighting is dim, but it was great and so clean and they put for us complementary bottle of water even though the Foset water is drinkable! And among the staff Micheal was simply great! He helped us out a lot and was so friendly and supportive. Also next to the hotel is a mall center that has absolutely everything needed , foodhall and even supermarket.

Convenient location. There are cafes and restaurants nearby, as well as public transport stops and a shopping center (including grocery stores). The lobby is quite pleasant, where you can play billiards, use arcade machines (non-gambling), or simply relax with friends in different seating areas. The water pressure in the shower is excellent.
1) If you’re counting on free parking on the hotel premises - it practically doesn’t exist. There are 3-4 spots near the hotel entrance plus 2 more if you park right next to the construction fence beside the hotel. How 5–6 spots are supposed to serve a 10-story hotel is a mystery. You can leave your car in the shopping center, but it costs about €30 per night (for non-residents).
2) The sink in room 410 is leaking, and the “rainfall” shower makes such a loud noise that it feels like the pipes are about to burst, it’s impossible to use because of the noise. The room cleaning is also quite poor (they don’t vacuum during your stay).
3) The hotel has a fairly good restaurant, but there is no room service at all. You can’t even place an order by phone from the restaurant.
4) There is no kettle in the room (not a major downside, but something to be aware of).
