Welcoming staff, friendly and spoke English well. Super comfortable beds and bathroom/bed were clean. Located in a neighborhood, so I heard a dog bark late at night a bit but overall that didn't affect my sleep/stay. Breakfast was good with a good selection of food and coffee that was perfect.

nice room, comfortable bed, good aircon, very quiet, good staff and nice buffet breakfast. very convenient for train station (and bus for airport transfer).. would stay again.
no water provided in room.. (only in minibar for a fee), no gym or other facilites in hotel area. Hotel is at the rear of the property so photo of front of property should be added to the profile.

The hotel consists of some 8 or 10 rooms in a four-story building across a garden from a restaurant. The restaurant and garden are very pleasant indeed, and the room was good: enough plugs, very comfortable. The hotel is in an undistinguished, but solid residential area away from the main tourist attractions, but the 2 or 36 bus takes you right to Old Town, and the stop is a couple of blocks away. I chose the location, because it's close to the train station, but even going back and forth to the touristy areas, it was very convenient.
Next door in this residential area, there is another house with chickens and a big, white guard dog who barks all night. He never woke me up, but I often wake up in the night, and he certainly got my attention. I asked the person at the desk about it after the second night, and he said, "We've talked to the owner." and shrugged his shoulders.
