Room is spacious and clean. Bottle water is provided which is great. Staffs are very friendly. Breakfast is good.

Not enough lights in room. However this is due to the design not lack of service.

that we have to pay for the swimming pool, we are a family of 5 which is a bit expensive for us to pay daily for the enterance

The hotel is fantastic, period! You won’t be able to get out of the beds, they are delightful. The breakfast is good and varied. The personal is very friendly and helpful.

Finding the correct light-switch in the room is a bit of a challenge…

The room was simply amazing, clean, modern and with lots of extra facilities. Breakfast was absolutely great - a lot of varieties , very diverse and suitable for all tastes ( kids included) The hotel is basically across the street from the train station - which for me was very suitable since i was traveling by train so I didn't waste any time with taxi/ bolt etc to get to the train station. The staff is really awesome. The service is premium and I am even more grateful that even if check-out was at 12:00 , I could prolong my stay in the room for 1h:30 min more without any issue. I will definitely return.

I like it, but I was staying alone in the room - I don't know how was in other cases but since the shower cabin is somehow integrated in the room and transparent as well - if you go for business purpose and you share your room with a colleague - maybe is not so comfortable. But then again, maybe not all rooms have this kind of shower cabin.

Since 2014 we like the kindness of the staff, the rooms, the comfort and the Spa even though it became crowded over the years.

We used to be number 1 fan of Couchette bistro and Kronwell, food has now turned tasteless and the service mediocre, staff is young and inexperienced. The Spa used to be a quiet place, this time is over. Loud families or groups of adults, and loud businessmen talking on the phone in a place that is meant to relax in peace and silence.
