We liked the location.
The spa was not always ready.
The breakfast was very very poor.
The ventilation in the room was noisy and could not be turned off.
It was a music club next to the hotel and we could hear the bass 2/3 nights.

This is my 5th visit to the hotel over the past 4 years. The staff is super helpful and friendly. I feel very comfortable staying there since the hotel is also in a prime location shopping wise. Fully recommend the property.
My last visit everything was perfect.

Perfect location

The swimming pool was closed for all
4 days stay, which was a major inconvenience and we were told on arrival that it will
be opened next day. The Wi-Fi did not work for one day out of our four-day stay. The phone in the room was also not working, so every time we needed to report an issue to reception, we had to go downstairs in person.
The TV did not work, and the room door lock worked only intermittently.
The AC is very old so it’s extremely noisy, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.
The windows could not be opened, and although there was a balcony, the staff were unable to find the keys to open the balcony door during our stay.
Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet our expectations.
