This was a great place to stay right in the heart of the city - walkable to Taksim and all its many restaurants and shops. The spa was awesome, and the Turkish breakfast was delicious and plentiful. For the price, this was a great deal! We’d love to come back.

It’s very good the hotel but the air conditioner it’s so noisy

I experienced a few issues with key cards during my stay but the staff could not have been more helpful and apologetic and provided a room upgrade for the troubles, I loved the view of the British embassy and view of the city from my window! I also experienced delays in my airport transfer the next morning and again the staff were so helpful in trying to contact the company and helping me. I only wish i had time to explore the spa. I will definitely book again if i am back in Istanbul.
