Great location and the breakfast staff and food was great.
We had 3 rooms. One day 2 of our stay NONE of our rooms were serviced. In day 1 I went it use the Nescafé coffee maker and there were at least 12-15 old used pods in the maker leading me to believe that it had not been cleaned at all in a very long time. It was disgusting. Also one of our 3 rooms had 3 robes, 1 had 2 the first day then none until I called the front desk to ask that they replace them and room 3 never had any robes and no shower gel the entire stay. We also ran out of toilet paper and had to call the front desk to ask for more.
For the price paid, I found all of this unacceptable.
Also, this is random but in day 4 of our stay my shorts somehow showed up in another room.
Finally, the interior space of the terrace room was extremely small as was the bathroom.
Balcony room was a great size.

The staff, absolutely amazing, right from check-in, to the team at breakfast, to check-out. The hotel is a literally a hidden gem, very well designed, lovely rooms, excellent toiletries, and tasteful room decor. The breakfast is absolutely to die for, freshly made for each guest - its not a breakfast, but a breakfast platter, and the view is amazing. It is located in a busy area, however the rooms were quiet, and it is a stone's throw away from Istiglal Street and lots of shopping and restaurants - the beating heart of Istanbul. I would give this hotel an 11 if I could, and will definitely be back.

Good location rather comfortable breakfast was limited.
Very noisy outside, the balcony was tiny and I asked for some teabags and had to keep asking on the third day.
