Irem est très aimable et professionnelle
Quartier très animé surtout en soirée
Par contre je ne recommande pas pour Ceux qui ne supportent pas le bruit le soir pour dormir pour ma part ça ne m'a pas dérangé
Le frigo ne refroidissait pas bien et ils ont pas pu le réparer pendant notre séjour malheureusement
Même s'ils sont déjà passé pour essayer de le réparer

The apartment is big enough for 3 people and well positioned.
Narrow stairs and a lot of noise in some nights. It is challenging to sleep, more suitable for young party people.

Location
AC was not working and issue did not resolve during the stay. Property owner compensated 25 % cash back but still the stay was not comfortable. Such issues should be fixed quickly and checked before guests check in. Further, expired welcome drink was placed in fridge.
