staff was the highlight of the stay especially MERT . and breakfast team were amazing , service was very good
location was great
closiness to major areas

clean rooms , very new beddings

a lot of construction around
windows in rooms are not well sealed and closed properly , extra noise at night
breakfast can be better , bakery hard not fresh, less variety fromother 5 star hotels
elevator broke for 2 days .
no views or scenery from rooms and restaurant area

I love the location.
I love the staff.
Rooms were species and very equipped.
It is very clean.
Breakfast was wonderful.
We were given rooms at the beginning which were noisy due to the Construction which is happening nearby. The staff was very accommodating and move this to quite rooms without any problems.

Cleaning and supportive staff specifically Mr yakup and Mr Murad they was so kind and professional
No fridge in the room which not preferred to me to stay agin in palazzo hotel
