Excellent large well equipped apartment just a short distance from Metro and Funicular. Had everything we needed for our stay.
Second bathroom is not a bathroom - just a toilet and sink that doesn't drain. Some storage in second bedroom would be useful as well.

We loved our stay at Galateia Residence! The apartment was very spacious, clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent. It is very close to Şişhane metro station, the Tünel funicular, Galata, Istiklal Street, and plenty of restaurants, cafés and shops. It was very easy to explore Istanbul using public transport or simply walking. After long days around the city, it was great to come back to such a spacious and comfortable apartment. Excellent value for money and a great choice for a city break in Istanbul. We would definitely stay here again!
The carpet could have been vacuumed more thoroughly. Also, the shower was not very well sealed, so some water leaked onto the bathroom floor. These were minor inconveniences and did not significantly affect our overall experience.
