The location is great - almost right next to Galata Tower and a few mins walk from Istaklal St. 30-40mins walk (for those up for it) and you're in the old town etc. It's hard to think of a more central location. The breakfast is ok but I wouldnt say amazing. Staff try to be helpful but they didnt appear to be the most knowledgeable (Google was more helpful for a couple of local questions I had...). Our room was massive, which was very nice, with lots of windows.
We had a top-floor remove and it was NOISY. We were right below the restaurant so at 7am they are winding up the large umbrellas (reverberates right through the floor into our room) and with a view directly out to the Galata Tower, the restaurant gets super-busy in the evenings. It was typically noisy to midnight-1am every night. And the service at the bar was terrible - twice I was challenged as being a hotel guest and absolutely no apology when it was confirmed. The drinks are average and very expensive. My advice is to find somewhere else to drink...

Awesome location and really beautiful downstairs and rooftop restaurants. The front desk staff were so incredibly accommodating and kind. Amazing view of Galata tower and old city from our windows.
I’d suggest changing up the breakfast playlist. After day 3 it was a bit much hearing the same songs playing over again.
