Good staff. Good location. Very clean
The tram line is very close. The noise of the trams woke me up early in the morning.
The bathroom is shared for all the guests on floor but for one night, this is quite enough..

Clean room, across the bus terminal and close to city centre.
The staff did not speak english and was very difficult to communicate with them even with Google translate. I chose this place because it advertised as 24/7 and even had it printed on the door. But they made me pick up my luggage at 7 pm and wait 4.5 hours in the cold at the bus station. Also felt that 51 euros for one night was a bit steep considering the service and amenities they provide. Not a good customer service and misleading advertisement.
