The staff was extremely helpful and polite. Clean room, swimming pool,and I was able to get a smoking room. Comfortable and nice.
The people in the room beside us fought the entire stay!!!!

It was convenient for our needs. Just a place to sleep after ging to a concert. For the price of the room, it would have been nice to have some kind of a breakfast.
Had problems getting the tv to work. Had to call the front desk to have someone come and program the tv before we could watch it. They could make it easier to access. The bed wasn't very comfortable. Had like a sink whole in it.

pool was nice. room was comfortable, breakfast was subpar. There was a plain yogurt dispenser, but no fruit or granola, etc to add to it, butter is a really cold fridge so impossible to spread even after resting it on the hot waffle maker….
Had to wait in the lobby for 15 minutes to check in, no apology from the worker when he arrived. The employee had n the lobby did not speak English and had to have her phone translator app tell me it would be 10 minutes before the employee who can check me in would arrive. again, I waited 15-20.
