Ehh.

At check in, we were informed that our booking had been cancelled because the card couldn’t be processed which is a lie. We ended up in our room after we were educated on the fact that booking.com didn’t save us money because she was apparently an expert on the subject 🙄 the toilet wouldn’t flush. We called the front desk, they moved our rooms. This one was sufficient. Over all we had a decent experience. The location is awkward to find it.

I enjoyed my stay and would book this hotel again if in the area.

The rooms were very clean and had nice amenities to include fridge, microwave, coffe maker with coffee, hair dryer, ironing board with iron. Parking was adequate.

Could have used a couple more pillows on the bed but otherwise comfortable.

A health hazard.

The staff was very nice, I don’t want this review to reflect on the people in the front that checked me in.

The room smelled terrible the moment I opened to the door. After I got in the bed and I was able to determine the smell was urine, and since I felt uncomfortable I decided not to get under the sheets. I got from under the sheets and covered the pillows with them, I laid down and immediately felt a wet spot. That wet spot was the urine, I went to the front desk and they gave me another room. However this room had a bed that had no sheets, all the pillows were in the chair. The smoke alarm was not attached to the wall, and the ceiling had either black mold or old burn marks. The only reason I stayed was because I had a 4 hour gap between flights and I needed to rest, I had already paid for the room, and had to Uber to the hotel. I was exhausted and had no mode of transportation.

There were crumbs in the bed when we arrived, stains on the comforter, something smeared on the wall, it was kinda gross.

Watch out check rooms before you decide to stay

The cleaning people are very good it really looks like they are changing owners because there's a lot of things that need to be done to make it improve

The pool was dirty the pillows were terrible and the beds were very small and it had nothing that they said that had like night and day

The conviennce of the hotel in general. That's about the only thing i liked about it.

I DIDNT ENJOY MY LACK OF A REFRIGERATOR. I AKSO DIDNT LIKE THE WAY THE ROOM WAS UNDERSTOCKED WITH SUPPLLIES OR TOWELS.

The staff was great! very friendly and helpful! The property was older but well maintained! Very close to highway and shopping!

Great location

We love the hardwood floors the room was clean bathroom clean location was good right off the interstate staff was great but I have stayed at this location about five times in the last 2 years

We didn't like the blinds in the room because it made the room very light at night, so it was hard to sleep. The shower was not full. The parking lot is tight to get out of. The beds are on still frames and when you sit or roll over you can see them pop and crack

the only nice thing about this place is the price

weird layout and in a not so great area, first floor rooms have their doors out in the open, bathroom was rusty and gross, toilets were super low to the ground and I’m 5’3” and felt like I had my knees up to my chest, the beds were hard as a rock, they give you two tiny throw pillows on the bed, there is barely any light in the rooms and the ceiling was flaky and falling off, the fridge was wobbling and the tv stand was beat up, felt like we were going to get kidnapped since this place was straight out of a horror movie. they don’t mention it until you get there but there is a $100 deposit you “pay” and get back after 5-7 business days of checkout (I will update if I actually get it). we went for a concert so we were only in the hotel to sleep but it was still bad enough to leave that impression on us. front staff seemed to not care about anything and were cold and dismissive.
