I love this property. It's just that there was a problem w the HOT WATER, WATER PRESSURE, and ICE MACHINE. The maintenance crew worked very hard and unstoppable until the HOT WATER leak was repaired.
I had to request my room be cleaned instead of me being asked if and when I wanted my room cleaned. I had to ask for clean towels instead of them being brought to me every couple of days. Damages to the room from an animal should be repaired before booking the room again.

The staff was EXCELLENT and so friendly and helpful.
everything was great except the temperatures. The room didnt get cold enough and the LOBBY WAS FREEZING. Could not sit in lobby where food was cuz it was too cold.

Price was nice and it was clean
No shampoo, water pressure was terrible, beds were small and the water was not hot.
