Great location and modern amenities.

The pool was a bit of a bummer. No shade, very small and the gates to get in weren’t working well.

Location and accessibility to the beach, the pool and the shower coming back from the beach is a plus. i Like that there’s a bathroom too and ice available for the coolers. The room is huge and kitchen is well equipped

The breakfast is with limited selection. The AC unit in the 2 queen beds in the room is directly towards the other bed which makes is so cold, I placed the ironing board just to redirect the air blowing towards the bed.

The breakfast was great the hotel employees were so nice the hotel was clean and beautiful. We will be going back.

I liked the new & modern aesthetic look of the hotel. The “beach club” (pool) was the best part. It was very nice that they provided unlimited clean towels to use while using their pool which was conveniently located across the beach road and their very own nice beach access.

I did not like that my room was not tended to the whole time I was staying there (4 nights). I did see the housekeeping staff in the hallway in the early morning but no one actually came into my room and cleaned like trash or used linens taken or replaced, we had to go get our new towels from the lobby towards the end of my stay, even though during the check-in process I was asked if I wanted housekeeping or opt out and I requested to keep it). The room just stayed dirty feeling, some sand from our shoes, etc. Also the shower leaked water very badly and would pool outside the glass every time it was used. Again, requiring new towels but no one came to get those dirty ones and replacing with clean ones. The pillows were awful (flat & not comfortable)!
