Location in Nags Head and being ocean side of road.
My last night there, I had dinner in the restaurant and was thoroughly disgusted with the food. I asked if the flounder was fresh and of the answer was yes. When served, it was obviously from a box! So switched to crab cakes and I almost laughed in his face! I have never seen such tiny and deplorable crab cakes in my life! And he lied that they were filled with backfin meat! I'm from Tidewater Virginia and I know crab. Change the menu or rather buy local seafood!

Dirty sheets, dirty towels and a assistant GM that told my wife " if she wasn't happy she could check out and seek accommodation elsewhere:" that's pretty poor customer service. We stayed the last two days, didn't want the hassle of moving jotels.
