The Area Manager made our stay amazing

The Area Manager took care of an issue with billing. She was kind , professional and understanding like no other! She was amazing and I will definitely return to stay only at this hotel!

We spent four nights in a clean, if dated, hotel on the beach and had a lovely time.

The location is wonderful. We stayed in a room on the third floor overlooking the ocean and had a stunning view of the sunrise. There’s a side door to walk outside and directly to the beach, which has a lifeguard tower. There are showers located beside the building, and next to the pool. The inside is kept clean, a difficult task given the location next to a beach. We hardly saw any sand in the hotel at all, and it was quiet. Staff were all friendly and accommodating, and answered any questions we had. I especially like the “snack bar” located in the lobby, where you can buy canned drinks and small snacks, which were helpful when traveling with children. The parking situation was great, and there was always plenty of room. You can walk across the street to an amazing seafood restaurant or ice cream place, so you hardly have to leave the general area once you arrive.

The hotel is dated, and the rooms are cramped, with very uncomfortable beds. The balcony is quite small, and the air conditioner for the room blows hot air onto it while you’re outside, making it hard to enjoy the balcony in hot weather. The elevators are pretty bad; it was easier for us just to take the stairs, as you have to take one elevator from the ground floor to floor one, then a second to your room’s floor. They’re slow and a bit sketchy, so we just took the stairs. The price is high for the amenities, but is balanced out by the view. However, if you’re not in a room with a view, it’s definitely not worth the price paid. Overall, it’s a good place to stay if you’re looking for a view, proximity to the water, and a clean room. I wouldn’t say it’s extraordinary, but about average.

Breakfast was all we needed. Room was fine! Bathroom was only area where I downgraded but mostly beach wear and tear. Staff was kind. Pool was nice. Beach access great.

Rather disappointing.

The location was great

For the price, it definitely should have been way better! Bathroom was not really clean, hair on the walls inside the shower and on the outside wall. Sand in the tub, the lid of the toilet fell off every time you lifted it. Had to have our keys reprogrammed several times because they wouldn’t work, noticed other guests having the same issue. Maintenance man was really nice about it, came back to the room after being reprogrammed to make sure it worked. Ordered cocktails (4 total, nothing fancy) from the lobby bar, got one to go and it was put in a small cup that looked like what they put in the bathroom to rinse your mouth after brushing, charged us $64! When we questioned the bar tender, he said the computers were down!?

Disappointing

The view was good

It is outdated in need of remodeling and upgrades. Flat tv isn't smart tv. Bed was not that confy either. Door to valcony did not close all the way and wind kept whistling all night. It rained while we stayed and there was a leak present during.

Great expression

This was a very special trip to celebrate my wife’s cure and being 1 year cancer free, the staff was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating, they surprised us with an upgrade to a beautiful suite with ocean view, we actually spent the new year’s in the balcony and it was very special, not to mention breakfast, it was delicious. lovely hotel definitely recommend it !

Don't get a laundry room floor.

Loud laundry room on our floor. Could not sleep in, very annoying.

Disappointing

The staff was wonderful and breakfast was amazing! Good prices

The sheets were dirty on the bed my son slept in he's 4 we didn't notice the first night we were out doing things came straight in and went to bed then the next morning cleaning up found there "dirty" stains on the sheets that my son had no way of possibly making .and other stains that were not pictured but staff was notified and took immediate action to fix the issue.

the property is quite old. never was able to get the Wi-Fi and when I asked staff for help, I didn’t have any satisfaction. I ended up using my on personal hotspot
