It was charming, simple, and clean. The location met our needs for easy access to nearby stores. The price was incredible compared to nearby properties. It felt like a working person's space.
The air conditioner blew right on the bed, and we could not figure out the best setting for comfort. One more blanket would have been a helpful option.

It was... quaint.
The rooms are small and quaint, but lack proper light-blocking as the streetlights and lights putside the room's door are bright at night. The blinds allow in too much light, and someone could see into the room from the proper angle.
I needed more bath towels, but there was no staff on property, just a sign on the office door to call someone.
The shower has the worst water pressure imaginable, and the vanity under the sink was falling apart. Also, the paint and sheet rock in the bathroom was peeling/broken
The lighting inside the room is exceptionally bright and because recessed LEDs are used as opposed to diffused or incandescent lighting, it is VERY harsh on the eyes. The lights mounted on the wall on both sides of the bed were also way too bright, and are not diffused at all.
The television turned on, but not a single input selection allowed for the online-advertised cable television to be viewed.
There was a mini fridge, but it seemed to be broken, because I turned the temp inside all the way down and my drinks didn't get very cold at all.
The AC unit seemed to function properly, however, there is a BUNCH of black mold on the vents and poses a health risk.
The toilet whistles, but stops if you flush again.
