Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, einfach aber sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Restaurant war toll und es hat in jeder Ecke etwas für die Kinder. Das Personal war in allen Bereichen sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Das Babyspielzimmer war unserer Meinung nach ein wenig heruntergekommen. Beim Toberaum dasselbe + auch sehr dreckig und absolut nicht einladend zum spielen. Der Spielraum mit der Hüpfburg und dem „Klettergerüst“ ist ebenso nicht einladend und im Flur, somit ziemlich kühl.
Bei den Zimmer wäre eine Mini Bar noch Sinnvoll mit ein paar Getränken.

It is a family owned, very nice hotel. It is not a huge property that you get lost in it, however it gives you the feeling to be home with people around you to make it possible for you to just relax. Very kind, gentle and professional babysitters, good food, many toys and play equipment, clean and big appartments with child and baby beds. Nice pool for babies and also small kids. Spa was also good for parents to relax. There are also many places around the hotel to discover with kids. We had a lot of fun with our 1,5 year old son and also relaxed during our vacation week.
It would be nice to give the parents some time to be in the babysitting place to feel better with the idea of leaving the kid for the first time. It was difficult for me to give my kid and leave but I saw also how nice and loving the babysitters are. Maybe next time I can do it.

The staff were lovely and helpful.
Children loved the child care activities, the children facilities and the swimming pool. Plus the rabbits!
The pillows could be more comfortable.
