The property was really clean with large spacious rooms.
The gardens were a delight to walk around and the hotel had a very peaceful feel about it.
Breakfast was very good value for money with lots of choice and tasty offerings.
The hotel is located quite some way from town, up a long steep hill, and no taxis after 22:00 so you need to plan your evening well before hand.
The restaurant lacked atmosphere and just wasn’t to our taste, one visit was enough for us.
