About this house rental
Nestled in Central Coast, this lovely house for $176 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. 3 bedroom house ... one queen bedroom, one queen bedroom, one bunk room : 2 single beds.(maximum 4 adults) BE COVID safe If you develop the following symptoms; fever, cough, sore throat, tiredness and shortness of breath please contact us prior to your stay - we have implemented a 100% refund for those clients impacted by COVID-19 , our preference is if you are unsure you should stay home, please do not travel from any COVID-19 hotspots, we have an elderly community on the Central Coast and wish to ensure their protection. If you choose to travel and at a later stage advise us of any COVID impact you will need to pay for additional cleaning costs to ensure the house is made safe for any future guests. Kitchen with Bosch appliances, dishwasher and microwave. Stacker doors that open onto deck area with tiered levels onto flat grass area, separate barbeque area. Internal laundry with washer and automatic sensor dryer. Bathroom with shower only. Reverse cycle air-conditioner. House furnished with leather lounges, smart television, blu ray player and Wii with a selection of blu-ray and DVDs as well as Wii games, free WiFi. Bunk room set up with television and DVD player for kids entertainment, board games and puzzles also available. Light filled living area with louvre windows for cross ventilation to catch sea breezes. Central area of house open plan encompassing lounge, dining and kitchen area. Minimum 5 night stay over Christmas holidays. All you need to do is enjoy!! A complementary bottle of champagne, white or red wine or beer on arrival to assist you in relaxing into your break away. Please request your preference at time of booking. Pantry fully stocked with essentials ... tea, coffee, condiments and cooking basics. Linen available at $20 per person which includes bed linen, bath towel and beach towel. Minimum bond of $300 held on credit card, bond amount may be higher to be confirmed at time of enquiry. Walk to Ettalong Beach which is a flat water family friendly beach for swimming. Easy walk to dog beach with surf. Walk to Ettalong shops, Ettalong cinema, Ettalong market and Mantra at Ettalong. Ettalong Blu is within an easy drive to Pearl Beach, Umina beach, Avoca beach and Terrigal. Doggie friendly on application - please specify breed in comments Dogs allowed inside but not on the furniture or in bedrooms. Please specify dog breed and number of dogs you are bringing in the comments field at time of booking. Dog bowls supplied as well as dog blankets and bedding, $50 dog cleaning fee. Easy walk to Palm Beach ferry which allows dogs so leave your car at home and enjoy the 30 minute ferry ride over to Ettalong Blu for the weekend as everything you need is within walking distance. Easy walk to dog friendly off leash beach so your family friend can also enjoy a swim. Or walk around the corner to the oval if your friend prefers a bit of extra running space in the grass. Please note we do not accept 6 adults booking.

A lovely beach home in a quiet street, close to shops restaurants and beaches. Came up for a short stay from Sydney with the kids felt relaxed after one day! Quite roomy for a cottage style and well stocked. Megan our host was very attentive and answered all my questions promptly. Neat, tidy and clean. Would love to come visit again!

My 17 year old son, dog and I stayed at this lovely house last weekend. From the moment I walked in, it felt like home. It smelt clean and fresh and is nicely decorated - someone has put a lot of love and thought into this house.
The house has a lovely private garden which felt like an oasis - I enjoyed sitting on the deck in the late afternoon with my wine! The location is brilliant, just a short walk to cafes (highly recommend dog-friendly Bobby's and Lords of Pour) and restaurants, and the dog beach which our dog loved!
There are so, so many things that were great about this house, it gets 5 stars from me on all accounts. One of the best weekenders we have ever stayed in. I hope to be back!

Loved this place and so did our dog. Loads of little details made our trip fantastic from dog bed and bowls to welcome drink and chocs. Lovely place so close to everything in a great location. Would definitely recommend and will return. Thanks for a great holiday.

It was a weekend away for my father-in-law, hubby and the dog. It ticked all our boxes. Nice little touches on arrival (dog bed, wine, chocolate), and very good quality bathroom supplies /lotions /soaps, and excellent pantry and fridge basics. Weather was cold first day but the heating was excellent. Next few days were perfect, and there was no better day to enjoy wine, cheese and goodies on the balcony.
So close to the beach and shops and cafes. A stroll to a real long offleash dog beach. Excellent weekend, the host was very accomodating and helpful

This was the best provisioned property we have ever stayed at in our travels. Great open plan living area and covered deck which was great during the rain events. Excellent location as the area is beautiful. Every message to the owner was answered extremely quickly. We definitely recommend it and hope to stay again. There was also a large dog bed which the dog loved.

One the day of the check out, due to an unavoidable situation, we requested the hosts if we could stay back for a few more hours, Greg & Megan were very kind and asked us to not rush whatsoever and take our time. Highly recommend this property. We will definitely be back very soon.

The house was perfect - immaculately clean, leafy secure garden, wine and chocolates (thank you!), everything you could want in the kitchen plus pantry items, and even a dog bed. Great location, easy walking to all our needs, very quiet area. We really enjoyed our stay at the property. It was comfortable and relaxing. I have food allergies, so it was great to have a well appointed kitchen to prepare food. It was our first time taking our dog on holidays, the property worked out great for all of us.
