Our stay at the Marriott Petra was truly exceptional. The property is located in one of the coziest and most charming towns I have ever visited. The atmosphere is peaceful, the surroundings are incredibly clean, and everything is beautifully maintained.
What made our experience even more memorable was the outstanding hospitality. A special thank you to Mousa and Moayad, who welcomed us so warmly and went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our stay was perfect. Their generosity, kindness, and attention to detail made us feel genuinely valued as guests.
The food was excellent, and every detail of the hotel reflected quality and care. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Petra, and I would happily stay here again.

Our stay at the Marriott Petra Hotel was excellent from start to finish. The location is fantastic, making it very convenient to visit Petra while enjoying beautiful surroundings.
What truly made our experience exceptional was the outstanding hospitality of the entire team. From the security staff at the entrance to the reception team and the restaurant staff, everyone was incredibly warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They always greeted us with a smile and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.
I was genuinely amazed by how welcoming and professional every member of the staff was. Their kindness and dedication made us feel valued throughout our stay.
I highly recommend the Marriott Petra Hotel to anyone visiting Petra. With its excellent location, comfortable accommodations, and exceptional customer service, it offers a wonderful experience that we would happily return to.

The pillows!
It is a very rundown hotel. I had many issues after my initial booking to make a date change. the customer service was highly irresponsible and curt. Finally at the checkin the staff was pretty meh, reluctant to carry bags or help. Very tired rooms, Toilets could DEFINITELY be cleaner.
