The staff! They were the sweetest most wonderful people I’ve ever met ! I had a there year old and they made sure he was entertained and fed making him everything he could eat! My son fell in love with them.
The pool was wonderful. The cleaning staff were wonderful. It was my birthday and they found out. Sweetest gesture with a small pasty! It was amazing !!! Most tender people

A wonderful stay, we can’t wait to come back! The hotel is beautiful the staff are all so welcoming, helpful and really friendly. The views are incredible and it felt great to be able to step out of the hustle of the centre of Sorrento. Plus they have the shuttle service which takes you frequently to and from and it’s very easy to use (and free!)

Hotel lobby area and restaurants are beautiful- the views are unbeatable at any time of day. There doesn’t seem like a better view of sorrento and bay of Naples/vesuvio. We had a corner balcony room and were greeted with a bottle of prosecco. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with large selection, but the automatic coffee machines made terrible cappuccino, which is a shame when it’s in Italy.
Room was very small (we were ok with it since we did not spend much time in room, but it was tight). Compared to our accommodations in Rome and Pompeii, this was the smallest.
The bathroom needs renovation- floor, wall and shower tiles were moldy. Shower stall was very moldy. Shower door was broken. Water pressure was terrible .They did not provide shampoo, just soap and conditioner.
The pool area was nice, the pool restaurant serves great lunches. There is a bar but we were not allowed in the area if wet from pool. My husband was yelled at because he wanted to buy drinks.
They do not capitalize on the tourists- if they had pool bar service they would make a killing.
There is a shuttle to downtown which runs hourly but it is always jam packed and the return from town sometimes gets full. The bus driver was pleasant but not from sorrento so he couldn’t even give us directions for how to get to town center.
WiFi at hotel was spotty at best. Outlets only work if the main key is inserted by the door.
Housekeeping is stingy with towels. Pool towels are thin and cheap and also don’t scream 4 star hotel.
Overall, you are paying for the view as the property definitely needs an update and does not seem like a 4Star hotel.
