The view from the room was the best of all the views in sorrento. The staff was very co operative, polite and helpful. They offered us complimentary breakfast even though it was not included in our plan. The shuttle bus every hour was very helpful. The hotel is 10 mins beyond the city centre, so when we were reaching the property in the late evening that we made a mistake by booking this property but waking up the next morning, we realised that location is the main USP of the property. You can see the sun rise and set from the room itself. I dont think that such a view could have been available in any other property in the centre of the town.
Nothing. Everything was provided as promised or more.

Stunning views with a private terrace for each apartment.
The soundproofing between the rooms could be better.
