Beautiful location, wonderful olive and citrus garden and splendid bar with a view of the Vesuvius to die for! Also, very nice staff!

Loved the room and the balcony with a view of the bay. The bar was lovely and the staff were very helpful. There was free parking and the option of walking down to Sorrento and there was a shuttle bus to bring us home.

The restaurant was expensive .

The only thing I didn't like,the automatic doors in bar area,but would be great if these were activated by a button instead of when someone walks near them

Beautifully set property with attractively designed common areas. Rooms are well-sized with lush views overlooking Sorrento and the sea beyond. Location is a scenic walk to the centre of town or a 5-10 minute shuttle ride. Overall, a great place from which to explore the Amalfi Coast.

This hotel was amazing. Great staff, shuttle from the town was a great welcome and saved us getting on the crammed SITA bus (just ring them first to get location for pickup). Pool and evening events were great and they treat us very well for our honeymoon. Couldn't recommend more. The room had a great view and was clean, beds are very comfortable and the shower was great. Sheets were changed daily and the cleaning staff are very nice. Food was nice and the pool is great. As the finishing hotel for our honeymoon this was perfect and exceeded all our expectations. You can book a shuttle for €100 straight to Naples airport from the reception but you need this is cash, I'd you need this (would recommend, getting there would be a pain by public transport of it's hot!) Make sure you have this prepared. Very helpful, very welcoming, would definitely go back.

Sometimes the service management was hit and miss. They once forgot to make our order for lunch which left us waiting until I asked somebody and every once in a while they would forget to bring small things from orders e.g. an espresso at the end of a meal or limoncello when ordered. It seems the issue is that there is more than one person serving a table at times and staff are stretched between several different jobs which over complicates the service and creates mistakes. Overall we had some good meals and drinks so this is just an observation.

Although the hotel sits in a beautiful location, it is a good distance from Sorrento. You need to rely on the free shuttle bus to get into town, comes every hour.

Lovely staff and nice modern hotel, It would have been perfect if the food was better and the sound proofing in the room wasnt so poor

Every morning we where woken up around 8am with door slamming shut repeatedly (our guess was it was the cleaners as it was the same time every morning) and at night we could hear people going into the rooms. It got quite annoying after the 2nd day. We only tried the food around lunch time at the pool bar/restaurant and where pretty disappointed with it. The ingredients tasted cheap and not particularly fresh. this definitely let the hotel down as it meant we had to travel into town for a decent lunch.
