The spa and wellness area is excellent, although it is not included in the room price. The hotel offers free parking, spacious rooms, a very good restaurant, and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast.
The hotel is just a short walk from the beautiful town of Allariz, where there are several excellent restaurants.
During my stay, the hotel's IT system was experiencing some problems, but this did not cause me any inconvenience.

The hotel is located in the beautiful spot of the Allariz.
The room was big and very clean.
Check in and check out easy with welcoming staff.
I think they can work to improve their bedding to be more comfortable by changing the pillows and adding mattress toppers.
Breakfast is something that you can skip it for sure because there is not even a simple fried egg.
The gym equipments are for more than 15 years and should be renewed.
The Spa facilities is open just in the afternoon and you have to book in advance for just 2 hours.
I can understand for massage but az a swimming pool and suna it didn’t make any scenes to me.
