Beautiful room, hotel and garden. The food in the restaurant is excellent too. Love staying here!
Another guest having multiple video calls on loud speaker in the restaurant! It would be good if the hotel had a no phone calls/loud speaker mobile use in the restaurant/quiet areas of the hotel.

The staff was lovely and accommodating. From day one (when I rang), the spa was so helpful in explaining my options. I booked right away because of their helpfulness! I'm glad I did, as I had a lovely time relaxing in the sauna, reading my book on the lounger, and then popping upstairs to my bedroom to relax. If you're in the area, I highly recommend it (or even gifting it to a loved one). Just a solid experience, and I shall be back again!
Honestly nothing. There was an odd man who turned the lights down whilst I was working in the lounge area, and the staff jumped right on it to fix it! They're so on top of creating a lovely experience; I was genuinely impressed. Also, highly recommend the steak sandwich.
