Picked the hotel for its location into Cirencester. We wanted an easy walk after parking the car. Also located next to two country pubs

The green emergency light in the room was very bright.

Very nice people, clean room, beautiful garden, good parking facilities

Restaurant didn‘t have enough staff to serve dinner, would have to wait for ca. 45 minutes. Probably because it was on a Monday when the pub next door was closed.

We got a free upgrade which was great. Really enjoyed the breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful

Towels in one of our rooms were thin and unsatisfactory. But they were changed. More price options for breakfast would be good.
