Gorgeous rooms and communal areas. Lovely outside space too. Staff were delightful. Lovely touches like fresh milk in the rooms and really nice shower products.
We didn’t have long enough here! We didn’t really have a chance to enjoy the music in the bar and relaxing in the hotel due to our own time constraints. We will have to book again….!

The bed was very comfortable, the room had all the amenities I needed and the bathroom was absolutely huge! The shower products were lovely, the towels were big bath sheets and there was lots of surfaces to put my various toiletries.The breakfast was delicious as well. It was a very convenient location, only a couple of minutes walk into Cirencester. I would definitely stay again. The car park opposite is free between 6pm and 8am.
The room was quite warm (25°), and I had to keep the fan running all night. There was also a gap under my door that let in a lot of light from the hallway, I had to use a towel at the bottom to block the light. There was a really bad smell coming from the bathroom, it smelled like drains. Also when I arrived there was no one at the front desk, and I had to call on the phone for them to appear and another customer told me the same thing happened to them the day previously. Once the lady arrived she was lovely and very helpful but after a day of travel it would have been nice to be greeted by a person.

Location, bed, shower and breakfast was good. Staff ( when around) was friendly.
The general cleaning of the placed left a lot to be desired. Entrance was dirty and full of leafs, downstairs wooden floor was dirty and sticky. Every time you went to the breakfast/ dinning area you had to pass this room off the corridor which always had the door open and it was very messy and dirty inside. We stayed 2 nights and the room was not cleaned second night, bins were not cleaned .. generally there was a lot of dust everywhere from cob webs on lampshades to bathroom surfaces. Tea bags not replenished on second day.. when called reception at 20:50.. no one picked the phone or listen to the messages left. You have to pay extra for parking for all the day time you are at the hotel.
