The staff and the ambience of the hotel and the second room was excellent .
The first room we were put in was dark and situated above the industrial kitchen extractor. It was extremely noisy and we could could sleep. The rooms and some public areas need refurbishment .We were moved after we requested a second room, and it was a lot nicer .However, a gesture for the inconvenience would have been appreciated .

Location is the best. Friendly team.
Very low value for money. Very expensive and the experience is not like other 5 stars hotels.
