It is what it is, i.e. an airport hotel which most people will use for only one night and, as such, is fine. The room was quite small and storage limited, but 'fit for purpose'. Similarly, the food in the restaurant was okay. Importantly, the bed was comfortable, there was a good supply of hot water and the air conditioning/heatering unit worked well.
The shuttle bus service that the hotel provides is obviously an important feature and selling point for the hotel. The fact that seats cannot be booked in advance - there was a concern that there might be more people than seats - made us a little anxious. I suggest the hotel give this some thought.

The staff is very friendly and very professional. Room service has a great selection of food. The bed was extremely comfortable and was able to rest.
The shuttle driver did not seem interested in helping when I needed a lift from the airport to the hotel. He was friendly afterwards when he dropped me off at the hotel.
