Brilliant spot for an overnight between flights. So comfortable and charming, and the service was excellent - highly recommended.

What a lovely gem, relatively close to ORT, hence just what I needed between flights. Alfred was super helpful. The room was spacious and sumptuous, 4 poster bed and all, and comfortable. Definitely on my list of favourites next time I need to overnight near the airport. Didn't sample the on-site restaurant - this time.
Minor quibbles only. The wire basket near the toilet was a bit of a head hazard, and no waste paper basket in the room.

Very plush and comfortable rooms with a unique old fashioned style. Heated bed was just fantastic during the cold highveld winter nights. Alfred, the manager (?) of the place is very welcoming and accommodating. I had a very comfortable stay.
The description of the property and house rules on Booking.com didn't mention that the property locks up at 22:00 and arrangements have to be made in case one wants return (e.g. from dinner) later than that. Guests don't have a key for the house itself, so arrangements have to be made with the staff.

Beautiful unique comfortable bedrooms, personal service and welcome, yet 10 mins taxi ride from the airport.
Nothing - only that it’s bed and breakfast so another taxi ride to eat dinner in a high end shopping centre with lots of restaurants.
