Location was very good. We liked the waterfall, the river and the walk in the woods. Beds were comfortable. Price was too high compared to what the hotel offered.
The staff could have been kinder. Coffee at breakfast was really bad and the breakfast options rather poor. The shower was leaking so there was a lot of water on the floor after showering. Toilet is separated from the bathroom which is not very convenient for washing hands (only available in the bathroom). We only got two normal pillows and two very thin pillows, although we booked a family room for 4 people so we had to ask for 2 additional pillows.

Very friendly staff, easy check in and comfortable nice room, perfect for family stay. The breaakfast was amazing too. This hotel is excellent base to visit early Hallstatt.

The Hotel is in a beatiful place, everywhere around nice hills. The hotel itself can say moody, looks like they paid for its renewal, but its not a 4 star hotel level, a bit overrated, also in price. Also the wellnes is small and old, not operating continously. In the room the floor is noisy. Otherwise the staff were so kind. We have a bad experience, in the restaurant, we arrived in afternoon, asked for a dinner, what is normally in a fixed price, if you book it in the morning. They forget to say us, and forget to give us a menu card to see the prices. The food was nice but higly overpirced. The whole feeling would be okay if its not happening. They said sorry, try to learn from it.
