I was travelling for work and had booked a single room, but was upgraded to a really lovely double room with lots of thoughtful little touches including sweets and info/invitation to contact reception/night manager if anything needed like an extra pillow etc. It felt friendly and personal - rather than the usual chain hotel. Breakfast also good.

Location, comfort and parking
Excellent breakfast menu however you had to decide everything you wanted at order. No offer of other items if not ordered. When asked for toast after order was told I already had fried bread!!
