The studio was spacious, clean, nicely decorated with excellent views and great facilities. Not many hotel rooms boast a cafetiere with freshly ground coffee or a yoga mat.
The breakfast was superb with their own made muesli and eggs benedict cooked exactly to my taste.
The studio is not in the hotel building. A door between two shops leads into a tatty corridor and up a steep, winding staircase which is difficult to negotiate with luggage. I know there is nothing the Great Malvern Hotel can do about it, but it is quite off-putting and such a contrast to the beautiful flat.

The hotel is handily placed in the centre of Malvern. The welcome was warm and friendly and all the staff were excellent. The hotel bar had a great choice of Ales and I enjoyed dinner. There was a downstairs bar that showed the football. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom looked recently decorated. Breakfast (and service) was excellent. I would definitely stay again.

Excellent breakfast menu however you had to decide everything you wanted at order. No offer of other items if not ordered. When asked for toast after order was told I already had fried bread!!
