The breakfast was excellent, the place was clean, and the staff were very friendly.
The bathroom was a bit small, and the air conditioning in the bedrooms was not very effective.

The staff is really nice mr yousuf,mr nickil at the reception redney, ragender,vinesh,at the restaurant,the hygiene manager James,the chef autaar, were excellent on duty,the staff is the only positive sight to be in this hotel
The hotel i think should drop their stars from 5 to 3 ,this hotel doesn't deserve a five star title,the bathroom toilet seat was scrapped, the tiles in the apartment is dirty I have never seen a 5 star without carpet ,plastic water bottles, in the restaurant the feta cheese was off ,now on my complain they will reply we sent for testing and it was fine ,I think booking a half board was not a good option the dinner is not buffet ,no table mats and napkins these things on table or napkin doesn't really matter to me but the thing is this hotel is not to the standard of 5 star u have to walk long to go for breakfast that is a bit not easy ,dont go with high expectations if u booking just keep a 3 or 4 star in mind
