The staff is very accommodating, especially Front Desk receptionist Ms. Mishiel ( apologies for misspelling, Philippina lady) always friendly, efficient and supportive ❣️🙏🏻
The propriety is outdated, maintenance team should be more proactive. House keeping team needs more training in proper cleaning, especially bathroom. The have a tendency not to clean toilets and the floor. Also, our curtains were filthy. They don’t dust properly: bed headings, telephone. TV channels for English speaking is terrible. We have stayed 3 months and hence had time for a proper observation.

Efficient Reception staff. Good clean housekeeping. Well behaved helpful trained staff . Good TV, Good small kitchenette with small fridge and infra red cooktop. Good water pressure throw out the bathroom and kitchen.
Policy of not allowing Delivery personnel to deliver food and grocery orders to the home apartments to doors for families and lack of a service lift for this purpose highly inconvenient and annoying some times. Management to kindly address this issue. It discourages customers to further extend the stays even at such a well managed property. Thanks

Big living room. Enough chairs
There was no glasses and when we asked for it, they brought glasses you used to get as complimentary when you buy grocery like tea dust. 🥴. The water kettle was used by someone else to boil milk and was not washed property thereafter. No cups, gla
